KAJMAK
Rich, creamy clotted cream cheese made the old-fashioned way. Spread it on somun bread or let it melt right over the grilled meat. Nothing else tastes like this.
AJVAR
Smoky, sweet roasted red pepper and eggplant relish. A Balkan pantry staple that pairs perfectly with grilled meats. You'll want to put it on everything.
WHAT ARE ĆEVAPI?
Ćevapi are the national dish of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Hand-formed from premium seasoned beef, these small skinless sausages are grilled over open flame until perfectly charred on the outside and juicy inside. Served in warm, freshly baked somun flatbread and topped with raw onions, kajmak (Bosnian cream cheese), and ajvar (roasted pepper relish) — this is comfort food elevated to an art form.

We grew up on the real thing — ćevapi grilled over charcoal in the streets of Bosnia, šiš-ćevapi spiced to perfection, with our free servings of kajmak and ajvar.
We brought those recipes to Jacksonville because this city deserves real Bosnian grill food, not a watered-down version. Every sausage is hand-formed from premium beef with a complimentary side of ajvar and kajmak.
